In this transitional time, we will also continue to receive support Taiwan Church Planting Partners's U.S. mission board (TCPP), whom we have been with since 2005. Heartfelt thanks to our many supporters who gave to us financially through TCPP. Your contributions to us has enabled us to do ministry in Taiwan.

Many of you are asking: "So to which organization should we send our contributions?" Please let us explain in detail.

1) MTW requires double the budget of what we have now due to insurance and work budgets and others. Therefore, we will need to do much more support raising before we reach our budget goal. Before then, we are classified as "itinerating" with MTW. We are requesting all new donors to begin giving through MTW to help us reach our budget requirement. We will not be able to draw from our MTW account until our budget has been reached. Therefore, if possible, we're requesting our current donors to continue giving through TCPP for the present until we have raised enough new pledges to cover the new budget.

2) As a new organization, TCPP's IRS non-profit application is still in process. If the tax deductible status is not an issue with you, then we recommend you continue to send your contributions through TCPP. TCPP does not take an administrative fee. 100% of your contributions through TCPP come to us for our use in Taiwan. We will continue to work on the tax deductible status for TCPP, although the situation seems more complicated than anticipated. We desire to keep TCPP because we would like to continue to recruit more missionaries, both through MTW and also including those outside of our denomination. We would appreciate your prayers for the administration and IRS approval process for TCPP.

For your information, we currently receive about $30,000 a year in financial support, which God has always somehow stretched to cover our daily expenses. Under MTW's new budget, (currently no salary, just barely enough to cover living expenses...MTW's budget helps us with a comprehensive health insurance covered, and an actual salary which we may be able to put into savings, children's schooling homeschool etc., long-term occasional bigger expenses to save up for such as a car, eventually purchase a car...)
