Goal: To develop working relationships between like-minded foreign missionaries and Taiwanese pastors - in church planting and theological training (evangelism and discipleship) and foreign mission.
宗旨: 在植堂、神學訓練 (傳福音與栽培門徒) 以及海外宣教上,建立同心的外國宣教士們與台灣牧者們之間的同工關係。

Commitment to plant healthy churches. (Criteria: If the missionary were suddenly called away, would there be godly Taiwanese men in place to continue to lead the church? Are they able to support and govern themselves according to the Bible?)
委身於植立健康的教會 (准則: 若宣教士蒙呼召離去,是否有敬虔的台灣弟兄們來帶領教會? 他們是否能按著聖經支持並管理自己?)
Though we might share resources with other Christians and denominations, we commit to only plant reformed presbyterian churches.
我們雖然可能會與其他基督徒與宗派分享資源,但我們委身於只植立改革宗長老會
Principle of plurality of elders in the church: Commitment to develop functioning church sessions in church plants balanced by the commitment to not be hasty in laying on of hands. (2 Timothy 2:2, Titus 1:5)
在教會中多於一位長老的原則: 在所植的會堂中,委身建立有效用的長執會,同時又不倉促按手 (提摩太前書2章2節; 提多書1章5節)
Commitment to train Taiwanese men to become church planters and elders.

Commitment to connectionalism -- that church plants will be organized together into presbyteries rather than remaining independent local churches (Acts 15)

Commitment to ministry in local heart languages (in addition to Mandarin).

Regulative Principle of Worship
有次序的敬拜原則:
Commitment to worship God only in the ways God has commanded, to not add to them or subtract from them (e.g. Leviticus 10:1-4, Deuteronomy 12:29-32)

Commitment to focus on the Ordinary Means of Grace

--- Commitment to not introduce charismatic/continuationism practices (There is no new special revelation.)

Men are to be trained to lead in the church and in the home.
Commitment to only approve biblical women’s roles: Titus 2: teach other women, children.

Principle: Women may not teach or exercise authority over men . (1 Timothy 2:11-14)

Specific applications of the principle:

1. We will not allow women Chuan-Dao-Ren as they function as pastors and exercise authority over men. (Practical test: any situation where adult Taiwanese men would think that a woman is acting as the leader over them.)

2. We will not allow women preaching or leading God’s people in worship.
我們不會允許女人講道或帶領神的百姓敬拜
3. Women missionaries are only to focus on evangelism and discipleship of women and children.
